NYS Retirement System

Call The NYS Retirement System, Toll Free.

The NYS Retirement system is please to announce a new toll-free number, which our employees can call and get all the retirement information they need.

The Toll Free number is:

1-866-805-0990

The toll-free number is another customer service improvement to our expanding Call center operation. It is designed to be a central point of information contact for members and retirees.

When members contact our Call Center, they can connect with our interactive voice resonse (IVR) system that provides answers to a variety of important questions. They can get fast, concise and, in some cases, personalized information about loans, service credit, and location of consultation offices.

Customer service representatives are available every business day from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm to give the information that can't be found by using the IVR system.

Information is also available on the NYS Retirement System web site at
www.osc.state.ny.us. You can also email the Retirement System by clicking on "Retirement," then "Contact us."
