Region 3 Local 856/ Unit 8950 member Cassandra Rosado (daughter of Debra Rosado - Social Serivces) was awarded one of eighteen $1000 Irving Flaumenbaum Memorial scholarships. Her application was selected based on academic performance, personal achievements and financial need from a pool of over 800 applications.
